This apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and has hot / cold air conditioning..

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
Animals not accepted.
The deposit: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys to the house. (credit card)
The cleaning of the day of departure is not included in the rental price, it is optional: 55 €. (cash)
Air conditioning included.
Possibility to rent bed linens and towels.
In the price are included the services of water, electricity and gas.
