Accommodating up to 5 guests, the ground floor offers an entrance leading to a laundry/closet, a WC, a staircase to the upper floor, and a living area with:

a fully equipped integrated kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster)

a dining area for 4–6 people

a living corner with TV and fiber-optic WiFi

On the first floor, you will find:

a garden-facing air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x190 bed, TV (TNT channels), desk, and wardrobe

a street-facing air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x190 bed, TV (TNT channels), desk, and wardrobe

a garden-facing air-conditioned bedroom with a 90x190 bed and wardrobe

a large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink

You can enjoy outdoor meals under the pergola in the garden (electric plancha) or relax on the sun loungers.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request (to be requested at the time of booking).
