Duchesse is an apartment ideally located at the crossroads of the hypercenter, the Saint-Hélier district, the Théâtre National de Bretagne and the Rennes train station. It has two large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travelers. The apartment, located on the 4th floor without elevator, is arranged as follows
- An entrance with coat hooks allowing you to deposit some things.
- A first bedroom with a 140cm wide bed, a wardrobe and a desk allowing you to work from home if needed.
- A second bedroom with a 140cm wide bed, closet and work space.
- A living-dining room with television, wifi, double sofa and a dining area for 4 people.
- An open kitchen with plenty of storage space and fully equipped: refrigerator with large freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and basic kitchen utensils.
- A bathroom with a closet, hair dryer and washing machine (separate toilet).

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Buses and the metro are nearby (Charles de Gaulle station). The train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. If you come by car, the Charles de Gaulle parking is located on the other side of the Boulevard Liberté (- 5 minutes on foot).

Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or of arriving independently. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 1 km from the accommodation, about a 10-minute walk.

Only the person who has reserved the accommodation will be given the keys.
We will require copies of the identity cards of all occupants.
Any commercial activity in the accommodation is forbidden. In the event of a nuisance or complaint from the neighborhood, a report will be made to the police.
