The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

In the very heart of the charming Ménilmontant, between the cosmopolitan Belleville and the peaceful and green Père Lachaise, not very far from the musical neighborhood of Oberkampf, this piece of the 20th arrondissement is one of the quietest and attractive of all Paris! Eh, there is a reason why I chose to live here! Forget about your heels and put on your baskets: the possibilities of walks are endless here! Gastronomic, at the whim of the Chinese restaurants and West Indian groceries in Belleville; romantic, looking for the late Jim Morrison’s grave or the very missed French Alain Bashung, in the vast, relaxing and flowered Père Lachaise Cemetery, last home of many artists, writers, and poets; bucolic, like you were in the countryside while you’re in Paris in the village of Charonne, near Porte de Bagnolet, etc.

Before your check-in, we will send you the address and the codes to pick-up the keys from a KeyNest which is 9 mins on foot from the apartment and other check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
