The master suite, offering a view of the swimming pool, is equipped with a 160 bed, cupboards and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. A second bedroom with a 160 bed, cupboard, and a bathroom with WC.
A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate up to 4 people, made up of two 140 cm beds and an 80 cm bed. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.
The exterior includes a large garden with a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. The 10x5 m swimming pool, heated and equipped with a safety shutter, is ideal for moments of relaxation.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. The villa also offers Wi-Fi access with two connections, perfect for teleworking. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December.
