Located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, the flat has the following layout
- Living room with sofa, TV, pellet stove (15 kg bag provided).
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area for 4 guests.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: two single beds.
- Shower room with shower and towel dryer.
- Separate WC.
- Covered terrace of 18 m², facing south, from which you can admire the sublime view of the valley. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and two deck chairs.
- Private ski/mountain bike room.

This flat will offer you a privileged location, with an exceptional view of the Bresse, all facing south and not overlooked!
Five minutes' walk from the town centre, you will find all the local shops: supermarkets, craft shops, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, DIY shops, chemists, saltings, local products, etc.
