This house ideally located at 500m from the beach of La Varde will charm you for your family stay by the sea. Located in a quiet residential area, the house, fully equipped and very functional is ideal for two couples and 2 children. Another advantage is that it offers a residential swimming pool! The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September as it is not heated, with secure access by badge.

Discover this accommodation! Even before entering the house, you will appreciate its 34 m² outdoor space facing the swimming pool with garden furniture allowing you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.
You will find the living room with a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a private shower room, separate toilet with hand basin. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private parking space outside, suitable for all types of cars.

The house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 35m² with a lounge area with two sofas, coffee table and TV
- A dining area with a table for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, oven, microwave, cooking plates, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, utensils.
- A bedroom with Queen size bed (160*200cm) and private shower room
- Separate toilet with hand wash.

On the first floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (140 * 190cm)
-One bedroom with two single beds (90*190cm and 100*190)
-A bathroom with toilet.

Outside :
- Private terrace of 34 m2 facing north-west, facing the swimming pool, wooden table with extensions and 8 wooden outdoor armchairs, aluminium garden furniture and grey cushions (two armchairs and a two-seater sofa), a wooden garden box (cushion storage).

Neighbourhood :
Very quiet area with a caretaker all year round (housed on site).
No cars are allowed in the residence.
Presence of a collective laundry (washing machine and dryer, payment in cash or credit card).

Nearby:
500m from the beach of La Varde and 1km from the village of Rothéneuf: delicatessen, bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, crêperie, bar, wine cellar, decoration shop, restaurants, etc.
- 2km from Paramé: weekly market, hypermarket, cinema, and other shops.

Activities:
- Access to four beaches on foot, between 250 m and 500 m (Le Nicet, la Varde, le Pont and le Havre à Rothéneuf), access to the GR 34 (coastal path of the tour of Brittany) at 100 m, access to Saint-Malo (Intra-Muros) on foot (4,5 km) by the beach of Rochebonne then le Sillon.
- Tennis court and table tennis room in the residence, open all year round.
- Sailing school at Rochebonne beach (2 km) and Bon Secours beach (5 km)
- Visits to Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard, the whole Emerald Coast, etc.

Transport :
- Bus stop at 300 m (lines 4 and 6 Saint-Malo / Cancale by the coast) and direct access to the SNCF station of Saint-Malo
- Saint-Malo train station 4 km away, direct TGV connections to Rennes and Paris.

- The accommodation does not have Wifi access.
- Swimming pool: Dates and times of opening of the swimming pool may be modified by decision of the co-ownership. The pool is not supervised.
