In the heart of the largest volcano in Europe, come and discover this charming studio located in a city of character: Murat. You will fall under the charm of its 180° view on the mountains! You will have a bright living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, a kitchen open to the living room, and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the balcony of the studio, and the shared and landscaped garden. Cleaning, sheets and towels are optional. See you soon.

Located on the second floor, the studio is presented as follows

- Bright living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area for 4 guests.
- Kitchen open to the living room: oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery...
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The exteriors
- Balcony (3 m x 2 m) facing south, from which you can admire the 180° view on the village and the mountains. The balcony is not equipped with outdoor furniture.
- Fenced and shared garden of 500 m² facing southwest. The garden is equipped with a table, 2 chairs and a barbecue.

Ideally located, in a very quiet area, you will be close to all the shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket), boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities
Murat is located in the heart of the Cantalien Massif, in the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, at the foot of the largest volcano in Europe! There is something for everyone:
- Skiing in Lioran at 15 km.
- Hiking, cycling in the forests...
- Fishing (rivers and pond at 5km).

Transportation
- Murat train station at 600 m from the apartment.
- Freeway A75 at 30 km, exit Massiac.

Other remarks
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment on the spot).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care, or available in option (payment to be done on the spot).
- The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
