Located in a quiet residential area on the north side of Lacanau, this single-storey villa can accommodate up to 6 people, offering an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays. The ocean is about 900 metres away, Lacanau Lake is 5 kilometres away, and shops are accessible 500 metres away, combining tranquillity and proximity to amenities.



The villa offers a bright and comfortable interior. The living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television, provides a friendly space to relax. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and allows for independent meal preparation, with ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and numerous storage spaces. The table and chairs create a functional dining area for the whole family.



The night space includes three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds with storage and bedside tables, while the other two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed with wardrobe and bedside tables. The villa has two bathrooms with shower and washbasin, one of which is fitted with a toilet, as well as additional independent toilets. A veranda provides an additional bright space to enjoy the calm and the view of the garden.



Outside, the enclosed garden offers a secure and pleasant space to relax, play, or organise outdoor meals.
