Large 200 m2 apartment on two floors that can accommodate 8-10 people (8 adults, 2 children): on the first level: entrance, WC, 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their bathrooms and separate WCs; professional kitchen (2 ovens, 8 hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 sinks, large work surfaces, etc.) and large living-dining room with its monumental fireplace; on the second level: large living room upstairs with TV area and reading-games area; 2 large double bedrooms (queen size beds) with their bathrooms and separate WCs; a children's room with bunk beds and bathroom. 2 large continuous balconies-terraces facing south from the living rooms; 4 individual balconies for each double bedroom. South-facing garden with private terrace by the stream. 1 closed garage + 1 parking space.

The Chalet Altus in winter has a unique position in the heart of the largest ski areas:
- 5 minutes away: Les Arcs-Paradiski (one of the largest ski area in Europe, linked to La Plagne) by the Grand Plan link chairlift in Villaroger;
- 8 minutes away: Sainte-Foy-Bonconseil, a ski domain with 70 hectares of wooded slopes, a mecca for off-piste and snowshoeing (free shuttle from the hamlet of Chalet Altus);
- 10 minutes away: Tignes (les Brévières) for winter and summer skiing (glacier) – resort linked to Val d’Isère;
