The open kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient, equipped with a 4-burner electric hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, tabletop fridge, and small freezer.

The apartment also includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet.

Wake up every morning to the sun rising over the sea and the gentle sound of the waves. On your private balcony, enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink while gazing at the golden sand of Grande Conche beach and the endless horizon.

Accessibility: The elevator is preceded by a few steps and stops at a half-landing, with a few more steps to reach the apartment.

For parking, there is a private garage (No. 3) suitable for a city car at the rear of the residence. Free street parking is also available.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
