-Spacious air-conditioned living room with equipped kitchen area
-Small shower room with WC
-Enclosed terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, shaded by a mulberry tree with built-in BBQ and garden furniture - 2 sun loungers
-Parking in front of the garage - access to the garage for the washing machine

The beach is totally unspoilt and of course has many different water sports on offer. The nature reserve is ideal to wander along and check out all the different species of birds and wildlife. The famous canal du midi is only a 10 minute walk away, you can take a tour on one of the many boats for hire.
