With a ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave, two coffee machines (filter and Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher, everything is ready to make cooking a real pleasure. Imagine a steaming cup of coffee in the morning, a delicious dinner in the evening, or an impromptu aperitif with friends… here, every culinary moment becomes a delight!

The adjoining living room is a true cocoon. Sink into the armchairs for a good book, a lively card game, or a movie on the TV, all in a warm and cozy atmosphere thanks to the decorative fireplace.

The house features two bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom with a toilet, practical and convenient. The first bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, while the second offers a 150 cm bed with a closet and storage space.

Outside, an independent bathroom with toilet and washing machine completes the comfort. The enclosed garden and terrace invite you to savor every moment: a sunny siesta, a late afternoon aperitif, or a spontaneous barbecue… here, time seems to slow down.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
