A bedroom with a 160cm bed and closet/closet, a second bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 140cm bed and closet/closet, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and electric towel dryer.
Upstairs, a third bedroom with velux and 1 bed 140cm + closet.
A beautiful terrace and a courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parasol, deckchairs... with a breathtaking view of the pool and the charm of the stones of the house...
For the return from the beach, no need to put sand everywhere... a shower room with toilet outside, near the pool.
For the children, travel light ! Very useful, you will find in the house an umbrella bed, a stroller and a booster seat....
POSSIBILITY TO PARK 1 VEHICLE ON THE SITE - STREET PARKING - SALTED WATER POOL 2.50 m x 4 m OPEN FROM 15/06 TO 15/09 (1.40m deep)
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90€ per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
