Villa Pâquerette overlooks the greens of the Valcros Golf, opening up to the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures. It features a pool, a large terrace, a Provencal garden, and shaded corners.
Within the Valcros estate, in the tranquility of the secure Cros de Maravenne residence accessed through a gate, the villa of approximately 160 sqm on 2 levels consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 shower room.
On the ground floor: a large living-dining room opening onto a wide 100 sqm terrace, a separate and well-equipped kitchen (Double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso, Soda Stream...), an independent toilet, a bathroom, a double bedroom opening onto the terrace with two twin beds, and a bedroom opening onto the pool with a double bed.
On the "Night" floor: a master bedroom overlooking the island of Porquerolles and the golf course, 1 double bed with a private shower room and toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (2x90) and a bathroom with toilet.
For your comfort: All bedrooms have ample storage. They are air-conditioned, as is the living room. Available amenities include Fiber Wi-Fi, 55' Qled TV (Netflix, Prime Video...), Weber Gas Barbecue-Plancha, tables and garden furniture, Bluetooth speaker, petanque court, washing machine... You will have a very pleasant stay in a peaceful environment.
Private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, child protection by barrier and alarm. Total enclosed land area of approximately 1400 sqm, with 2 private parking spaces.
The city center is only 5 km away, and the beautiful sandy beaches of La Londe Les Maures, Hyères, Bormes Les Mimosas, or Le Lavandou are just a few minutes away.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €2000 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
