"La Maison dans les Arbres" (the House in the Trees): Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space nestled at a hilltop of Hyeres-les-Palmiers, the most Southern resort one the French Riviera, also called "the City of Thousand Palm Trees". Totally remodeled and upgraded in 2021 to top luxury standards, the villa is surrounded by nature on a 4,000sqm planted and manicured Provence garden.
From Fall to Spring, our Balinese-style pool brings fun and breathtaking views. The indoor space is composed of a dedicated entrance/lobby area, leading into the entrance hall opening on a TV corner, dining room seating 10 persons, a fully equipped kitchen (top brands appliances) and a spacious living room. On the same ground floor: bedroom double bed with ensuite bathroom, laundry room, guest toilet and gaming room (with sofa-bed). Upstairs are two double-bed rooms with ensuite bathroom and one twins room with ensuite bathroom.
The automated (remote controlled) gate opens to a private parking which can contain up to 6 cars.The villa is fully renovated and operational. The landscaping includes Provence trees and plants, flowers, automated watering system and sophisticated lighting all around.
Parking is equipped with an EV and electric bikes charging station.
3 electric bikes are available for an extra charge (upon request).
