Very nice 3 room apartment equipped for 6 people, in the spirit of "Avoriaz of the 70's". It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the Mélèzes II residence, in the historic district of the resort. Departure on skis and only 150 m from the Children's Village and shops. Balcony facing south with magnificent view of the slopes.
This Duplex apartment is composed as follows:
An entrance fitted out to put your skis and boots, without cluttering up the living space. After climbing the stairs, you will find a pleasant living space with fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc ... ). It is open to the living room with fireplace (unusable until further notice). 2 single convertible benches (90x190). You will also find a walk-in shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds (70x190), as well as a bathroom with WC.

Ski shop, restaurant, bowling alley located a few meters from the residence.
