## Logement
Bright 27m² studio located in the center of the village on the heights. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with elevator. It includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed;
- A mountain corner with 2 single beds;
- An equipped kitchenette;
- A shower room with WC;
- Sunny balcony,

EQUIPMENT:
Dishwasher, Television, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue, board games, hair dryer, small additional heater for the off-season, ski locker.

PARKING:
A few free parking spaces in front of the building. In winter, we advise you to park at the entrance to the village in the "Salon des Dames" car park or in the "Centre du village" car park at the cinema. Access to the accommodation on foot (be careful, it's uphill) or by shuttle. Mandatory equipment in winter to access the accommodation in case of snow.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a town in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range.
