Discover the Normandy coast by staying in this duplex ideally located near the beach and the town center of Courseulles-sur-Mer.
With a surface area of 27 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and is composed as follows: a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy an outdoor meal!
Sheets and towels are extra. Parking space.

The Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- Separate toilet

On the 1st floor, accessible by a wooden staircase:
- Bedroom: two single beds, desk area.
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a hair dryer.

Exterior:
- A small balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, to enjoy a good meal outdoors!

The accommodation is located in a quiet, pleasant and wooded area close to the beach and all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, convenience store, bars, restaurants, stores at 650 m.
- A skate park is located at 200 m, an equestrian center at 800 m.
- Beach of Courseulles sur Mer at 400 m
- Juno Beach Museum located at 1 km
- Marina located at 1.2 km (15 minutes on foot)
- Sailing school located at 2.4 km (6 minutes by car)

You will have the opportunity to walk, bike and even horseback ride along the coast, to the marina or to the nice park of Edit, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, visit of galleries and Juno Beach museum.

- A numbered and private parking space at the bottom of the residence.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels available on request from the concierge, at an additional cost: double bed kit (sheets + towels for two people + tea towels): 22 €; single bed kit (sheets + towels for one person + tea towels): 17 €.
- The stairs to the first floor are quite steep.
- Small pets allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15 €.
