The flat :
The entrance is on the ground floor, you will reach the flat located on the 1st floor by a staircase. The air-conditioned flat is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a cupboard.
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a washbasin and a hair dryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful terrace of 19 m², facing west with a splendid sea view. It is equipped with garden furniture, a high table and 6 seats as well as a plancha to enjoy a good meal facing the sunset!
