Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski vacation in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity to the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a large comfort rapido sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.



Optimized for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.



You will have access to 100% of the apartment.



We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.



2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Prodains or the Welcome. It is recommended that you take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.



We have chosen to include sheets and towels in the rental price. A bottle of champagne will await you to welcome you. This way, you can leave peacefully for your vacation, everything is included!
