This 90 m² upper-level chalet is situated in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views of Lake Matemale and the surrounding mountains. Facing southeast, it offers a bright and comfortable living room with a sofa, armchairs, television, and fireplace insert. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
