The typical Spanish tower villa "Tilea" (145 m2) is currently being completely renovated and will offer space for a maximum of 8 adults and 1 baby.

From mid of April there will be a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a new heated private pool with aquabike and in the pool area a covered terrace with summer kitchen (BBQ/outdoor grill, plancha, table with chairs, small fridge, etc.), as well as a second sunny terrace on the 1st floor.

The fully air-conditioned house extends over 2 floors and is divided as follows:

On the first floor
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (1x 140 cm bed and 1x 90 cm ),
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed;
- 1 bathroom with shower-bathtub, sink and toilet,
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living area
- 1 living room with comfortable sofa set, dining area, flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi

Upper floor (accessible via the outside staircase):
A spacious master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a baby corner with travel cot, an office corner with desk, and the bedroom in the tower with a 140 cm double bed and a large bathroom with corner bathtub, two sinks and toilet.
The covered balcony / small patio connecting the master bedroom and the bedroom in the tower, as well as the terrace on the 1st floor accessible from the garden, complete this vacation home. The covered terrace by the pool provides pleasant shade on warm summer days and extends cozy barbecue evenings with family or friends.

Outdoor area on the first floor:
The 7 x 3.5 m new heated pool with aquabike will be fully secured for small children and operational in spring 2022. Both the outdoor stairs leading to the tower and also the pool will not be accessible to small children.
The covered terrace by the pool is equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a summer kitchen (BBQ/outdoor grill, plancha, table with chairs, small refrigerator, etc.).

The private property is completely fenced or walled and is located in a quiet area of the area Montgri. The walkway across the street leads along the river Muga in 15 minutes by foot or 6 minutes by car to the huge and beautiful beach of Empuriabrava.
Bakeries, shopping, restaurants, etc. are within quick walking distance in the neighboring district of Alberes.

Up to 2 cars can be parked in the driveway of the private property and more free parking is available in front of the house along the street.

Bed linen and towels can either be brought by yourself or optionally rented for a small fee, and beds can also be made up prior to your arrival if desired.
