La Cala Malmousque is a superb little house, typical of the Malmousque district, with a terrace just 2 minutes from the sea and pretty little secret beaches.
Completely redesigned, renovated and tastefully decorated in 2021 by an architect, it offers 2 pretty bedrooms, one of which is upstairs and one opening onto the terrace, as well as a lovely fully-equipped kitchen and a pretty living room.
Situated in a typical Marseille neighborhood, it's the ideal location for enjoying the gentle pace of local life.

Situated on a quiet street, you'll find a parking space in front of the gate. You enter onto an inner courtyard: the ideal place for meals with family or friends!
This terrace is the focal point of the house, accessible from the ground-floor bedroom, living room and kitchen.

The house is composed as follows:
- The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room.
- At the far end is the large bathroom and the large bedroom opening onto the terrace.
- A staircase leads to the 2nd bedroom, which opens onto the living room and is highlighted by a magnificent balustrade.
- From the upstairs bedroom, you can enjoy a lovely sea view.

Location:
- By staying at La Cala Malmousque, you're choosing a typical neighborhood in France's 2nd largest city by the sea: you'll feel like you're cut off from the world!
- At the end of the street is the sea.
- The choice is yours: beach or rocks.
- If you join the Corniche (seafront road), you can turn left and head for the town center and the old port, passing over the magnificent Vallon des Auffes, past the Plage des Catalans and the famous cercle des nageurs.
- Turning right, head south to the beaches of the Prophets, Prado or Pointes Rouge and, above all, the Calanques.

Transport:
- Free parking is available in the house's private parking lot.
- Bus line N°83 runs along the corniche to the Vieux Port and the Prado beaches.
- The Saint Charles train station is 30 minutes away by metro and bus 83.
- The airport is about 40 minutes away by cab or Uber.
