PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

- This fully renovated 3-room apartment welcomes you with a lovely living area opening directly onto the terrace, furnished with an outdoor lounge and two sun loungers.
- This room is divided into two spaces:
- A comfortable lounge with a smart TV
- An open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar providing a dining area for four
- The first bedroom features two single beds, storage space, a smart TV, and access to the apartment’s second terrace.
- The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a large closet, and a smart TV. It also has access to the second terrace.
- A shared bathroom and separate WC complete the space.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Just a few steps from your boulevard, Boulevard de la Source, you can, within a few minutes on foot:

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to dip your feet in the water or sit on the terrace to enjoy a cocktail
- Reach the Croisette in less than 10 minutes
- Reach the heart of Palm Beach with its village-like ambiance to buy your croissants, fish, roast chicken, or simply do your grocery shopping

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
