Le Pitchoun is a beautiful 35 m2 apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the Mazargues district, a typical district of Marseille, reminiscent of a village at the gates of the Calanques! Completely renovated and air-conditioned in 2019, it is carefully decorated and fully equipped. Spending a stay at Pitchoun means spending a typical Marseille stay: perfect location to combine city / sea and Calanques!

The apartment Le Pitchoun:
The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed, a bathroom with shower. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of an old building (no lift). You will be in the heart of the village of Mazargues!
The Pitchoun is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, kettle, toaster, welcome coffee and tea ...

The Cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the Cocoonr agency of Marseille, who will show you the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.
Hotel quality sheets and towels (4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats also provided. Internet access (WiFi).

Geographic location:
By staying at the Pitchoun you are choosing a typical neighborhood in the 2nd largest city in France. The district of Mazargues is one of the most picturesque villages among the 111 that make up Marseille. The former mayor of Marseille Jean-Claude Gaudin, was born in this district, which is known for his Obelisk which we owe to the sculptor Penchaud and which is actually a copy of the Luxor obelisk (which is erected in Paris on the Place de la Concorde).

The Mazargues district is at the entrance to the Calanques national park and the famous Gineste, a road linking Marseille to Cassis (known for the Marseille - Cassis pedestrian race) and both close to the Prado and the Pointe Rouge beaches.

Shops, mini markets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, very pleasant neighborhood life, you will have everything nearby you will do everything on foot!
Easy access to reach the Calanques de Morgiou Sormiou and Sugiton

Transport:
The airport is accessible by shuttle to Saint-Charles train station, but we recommend that you use Taxis or Uber drivers.
Boulevard Michelet allows you, passing in front of the mythical Stade Vélodrome, to get to the city center and the Vieux Port via the Prado Carenage tunnel in a few minutes.
You can also easily reach the Prado and Pointe Rouge beaches via bus line 45.
