You walk through the door of a chalet that history places at the beginning of tourism in our Valley. Built in 1936, it is one of the first Bayrou Chalets made entirely of wood, it exudes a very warm and authentic atmosphere. . Its large capacity of 18 people will make it an ideal place to welcome friends or large family and enjoy a peaceful stay nearby.
The chalet is located in Villeneuve la Salle, Serre Chevalier 1400 m along the Guisane, the river which originates at the Lautaret pass and descends the entire valley to Briançon.It is close to all amenities such as the ski lifts (the Fréjus cable car, the Casse du Bœuf chairlift) and the Prélong shopping center with the tourist office, ski school, ski shops. rental of equipment, pharmacy, cinema, souvenirs, etc ... no need to take the car. In summer, some beautiful hikes start from the chalet, the via Ferrata du Bez is a 15-minute walk away.
