Only 8 minutes by car from the Imperial Beach, its Casino and the lake, the apartment is ideally located to enjoy a stay in Annecy.

In a large bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen will ensure meals with family or friends without missing anything.
Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, accessories ... in short, everything is as at home!
Open to the living room, the living room is equipped with a connected TV offering all national and international channels, as well as the possibility to connect to Netflix.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a bed 160x200cm (King Size), then 1 bathroom.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
All linen will be provided during your stay: sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towel.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

🅿️ You can park your car outside on 2 private places.
Important: the entire apartment is non-smoking.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Many restaurants and shops easily accessible, bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake through works often cited as an example and to bloom its canals to which it owes its name. of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be requested.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
