Located in the centre of Annecy, Rue Président Favre, 200m from Lac d'Annecy, Théâtre Bonlieu, a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.

In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated, located on the 5th floor with elevator.
Accommodating up to 4 people, it consists of a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom, with shower and toilet, and a large living/ living room.
Although located in the city centre, the quiet of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 200 m separate the apartment from the Lake!

The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm, and plenty of storage.
The living room offers a TV corner, a dining area and also a sleeping area for 2 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Sanitary protocol 100% applied.

🅿️ The nearest car parks are the Bonlieu car park and the Hôtel de Ville car park both located 1 and 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
