Surrounded by vineyards, 500 meters away from the sea, the apartment is located in a calm and quality residence amid numerous trees. Its large terrace offers a splendid view on the " îles d’Or" of Hyeres. You can eat there or have a rest ant it will be nice at any time of the day. Each room has a direct access to the terrace. The apartment is well furbished and comfortable. Both bedrooms have noiseless ceiling fans which can display upon request a pleasant and restful airflow.

Downtown (2 km away) you will find all conveniences. Otherwise at walking distance you can reach a grocery supermarket at l’Argentière, reach the beach or even the small Miramar port.

The most beautiful beaches of the french Riviera nearby the famous Presidential Residency of Bregançon are also easy to reach : l’Argentière, Pellegrin, Léoube, l’Estagnol….
It is up to you to drive there or have access by following the famous "chemin des douaniers" along the coast. This really nice walk is worth the experience but don’t forget to take fresh water cans with you!
