It is located at the bottom of a pleasant garden enclosed by 2m walls, with a large south-facing terrace, in the town, at 400 m from the XEAU swimming pool and wellness center in Cognac, cinemas, food shops and one hour from the Atlantic beaches. The banks of the Charente are less than 2km from the house. A magnificent 18-course golf course holes in the vines is in Saint Brice 5 km from the house.
Free parking is available on nearby streets and in the enclosed courtyard for medium-sized cars.
This rental offers on the ground floor:

*2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other a 140cm bed,

upstairs:
* a bedroom with two 140 cm beds.
Bed and bathroom linen are included in the rental.
You will have tablecloths, household products necessary for maintenance, detergents for dishwashers and washing machines.
You will find all the comfort you could need (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small electric grill, toaster, garden furniture, iron, kettle). There are two coffee makers, one classic and the other Dolce Gusto (bring the pods)
The rental is equipped with an internet connection and a television is at your disposal with TNT channels.
Arrival time is from 4 p.m., departure time before 11 a.m.

10% reduction from two weeks rental
25% reduction from four weeks of rental outside school holidays
