- A kitchen open to the living room, modern and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker...

Night area:
- A bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (new bedding), a dressing room and a TV.
- A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

The flat is ideally located near the Ville-Close, the city centre and its amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, shops...). You can quickly go to the beach and its creeks or take the country paths by the "voie verte", the start of which is a stone's throw from the flat.
