Facing the sea, above the Chambre d'Amour, the apartment is the independent ground floor of the town, on one level with a private garden.
The location is quiet and residential, yet close to the long stretches of Anglet beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a living room, a kitchen-diner, 4 bedrooms, 1 separate bathroom (with bath and toilet), 2 private shower rooms in 2 of the bedrooms, and 1 separate toilet. The apartment is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.

You will be close to Biarritz, including the Biarritz Golf Course and the Biarritz Lighthouse.

Please note: From October to March, the apartment is rented with 3 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom, with 2 single beds, is not rented due to insufficient heating in this room).

Throughout the year, there are many activities, surfing competitions, sports, festivals, thalassotherapy, golf, tennis, Spain nearby, the Pyrenees, etc.

From the apartment, the private outdoor parking space allows you to get around easily at any time of the day.
- Many activities are within walking distance: beaches, local shops, surfboard rental, surf schools, entertainment, restaurants, etc.
- A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, with bus lines leading directly to Biarritz city centre and Biarritz train station, allowing you to visit many places without taking a car.
