About This Property

On the ground floor:
- An equipped kitchen (vitroceramic cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker)
- Living room (3-seater sofa, 50-inch flat-screen TV, extendable dining table with 8 chairs)
- Bedroom n°1: 140x190 bed, closed wardrobe, chest of drawers
- Corridor serving the toilets and the shower room (washing machine)
Upstairs :
- Bedroom n°2 in a row for two children with 90 x 190 bunk beds, chest of drawers and desk
- Bedroom n°3 with a large double bed 180 x 200, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full-length mirror.
The three bedrooms enjoy views of the garden, the pool and the hills.
We can provide you with a travel cot with mattress (60x120 cm) as well as a changing mat.
Outside, the garden extends over 5000m2 including a wooded part. You will have at your disposal a terrace with a large dining table, a barbecue and a parasol to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. A large garden furniture is also at your disposal to enjoy the calm in complete relaxation as well as 3 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 rest chair.
The property is completely fenced.
