Falling under the spell of life in Lacanau-ocean 8 years ago, we finally chose this pleasant house that we acquired 4 years ago as our second home. It is close to the center and the beaches, while being quiet, and you can do everything on foot or by bike! In 2023, we built this 19*3m swimming pool (unheated) which swimmers will particularly appreciate, and we redid the entire terrace for very pleasant exteriors. In 2024, we added a pétanque court for fans! The house has 4 very spacious, bright and pleasant bedrooms upstairs; and, downstairs, a large living room, a functional kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a bathroom with WC which we have just redone. But in summer, it is especially on the large terrace with plancha and garden furniture that we enjoy meeting up from breakfast to dinner, including an aperitif of course!

House of 120 m2 in residential and very quiet environment, facing East-South-West, with swimming lane of 19m*3m where you can really swim, large terrace, pétanque court, garden (900m2), outdoor shower for desalination returning from the beach, parking spaces, ideal for 6 to 8 people. Very close to the center of Lacanau ocean: 1 km from the beach and 500m from shops.

On the ground floor: a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom (+ WC) and a renovated shower room + WC (+ a storage room)
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (1 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds), one with 2 90 cm beds + a 90 cm bed on the mezzanine.
In Lacanau, in addition to the ocean, you can enjoy the lake, cycle paths and 3 golf courses!!

Kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher for 8 place settings, toaster. Vacuum cleaner, iron, necessary for cleaning.
Bathroom: a shower, 2 sinks, 1 toilet + a washing machine
Shower room: a shower, 1 toilet + a small hand basin.
