About This Property
On the front line, the fine sand beach and the Mediterranean sea at your feet.
You will stay in a fully equipped, air-conditioned 100m2 duplex with a private parking space, a large terrace and a rooftop solarium.
It is ideal for a couple or a couple with two children. The second bedroom is like a boat cabin, the children love it! But an adult can't stand there.
On the day of your arrival, you will be received by Mélanie, a trusted person.
For those who love to cook, they are in for a treat; the kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a 360-degree view of the sea and the Clape. Beautiful evenings on the terrace will top it all off.
We have prepared lots of recommendations: restaurants, bars, visits, etc. so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

360° VIEW - the Massif de la Clape, the sea, a huge sandy beach, in the distance the Pyrenees and the Spanish coast - the whole Gulf of Lion at your feet!
A FULLY EQUIPED, ULTRA MDERN KITCHEN (last floor) with a terrace and solarium facing the sea (with basic necessities)
A 65 METER SUITE - (firts floor) living room with a home cinema and a large library + a 20m2 bedroom with sea view and a king-size bed (sheets provided)
A SECOND BEDROOM like a BOAT cabin - (firts floor) it's an atypical bedrom but how good you sleep there!
IIncludes a 160cm wide bed, a library, a desk, a wardrobe.
THE BATHROOM - (mid floor) it's small but it has everything you need (towels provided)
PARKING - PARKING - two parking spaces on the grounds of the private property (you park two vehicles one next to the other).
FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED FLAT
PLUS - Nespresso machine, large selection of teas, iron, yoga mats, pledges, books, etc.
BEACH - 2 chiliennes, 1 XXL beach fouta, 1 parasol + an outdoor shower.
SPORTS - water activities: optimist, sand yachting, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle, kayak, wingfoil, wingsurf, etc.
But also: horseback riding, hiking, tennis, volleyball, swimming, long-distance sailing etc.
WINES - tastings at numerous wineries near the flat
DISCOVERY: Les Halles de Narbonne market - the winner of season 5 of "Your most beautiful market. / The Cathedral - the remains of the Roman road - the Musée de la Romanité / Les Barques with numerous restaurants, not forgetting "Les Grands Buffets" with its Guinness record - a platter of 111 cheeses / Cathar castles / The medieval city n Carcassonne - / Gruissan - the salt marshes, etc.
