Recently renovated architect’s villa of 200 square meters with contemporary design furniture and large living spaces. The villa is surrounded by 4500 square meters of fully enclosed land and located on the edge of the Croix des Gardes Natural Park which is on the heights of Cannes. You can enjoy the proximity of the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals as well as the seaside (2kms) and this while being preserved from the noise in the greenery and the magnificent Mediterranean vegetation of the villa (laurels, cacti, lemon trees ....).
The villa is made up of half levels where family members can meet while each keeping their own living space (1 bedroom upstairs, 1 master suite and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom and toilet on each level). The kitchen (with adjoining linen room) is open to the dining room as well as the terraces where you can enjoy a beautiful sunshine (south / west orientation). Moreover you can enjoy the outdoor lounge sofas that are overlooking the swimming pool near the barbecue and plancha area.
