About This Property
Very pretty cabin, in a condominium of 12 properties (Les Cabanes du Boque) a few steps from the famous American beach.
THE HOUSE
The villa is fully equipped for 6 people, on the ground floor a pleasant living / dining room with open kitchen will be at your disposal.
Upstairs you will have 2 double bedrooms opening onto a small terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. A toilet on each level.
The terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family with a barbecue and a jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is included in your reservation for rentals from June to September.
OPTIONAL JACUZZI out of season: Please ask for the start of the SPA when booking. In low season, to be able to take advantage of the jacuzzi, you will have to pay a supplement of 100€/stay.
WIFI is shared with the entire condominium so the network is not optimal.
Bed size: 2 double beds 140cm, 2 single beds 90cm
Coffee maker: NESPRESSO
ACCESS
The bike path will allow you to get to the Cap-Ferret market in less than 5 minutes. The same applies to the Bélisaire jetty and the Horizon beach.
The beach of the Americans is a few steps from the house.
GOOD TO KNOW
OPTIONAL LINEN (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels):
- 30€/person for 1 week,
- 40€/person for 2 weeks.
If you wish, we can provide you with additional bicycles subject to availability.
The CONCIERGERIE DU CAP will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
