Located in the charming town of Théoule-sur-Mer, this duplex is spacious, luminous and well maintained. It is air-conditioned and located on the third floor (no elevator) of a secure complex within a 50m walk from the beach.
It features 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with two beds. It has one bathroom and two WC, one on each floor. There is also a sleeping corner on the mezzanine. From the living room you have access to a balcony with a dining table. One the second floor there is a roof terrace with a table and chairs and a breath taking view of the sea, the Port de la Figueirette and the Estérel National Park.
The apartment comes with a one-car closed parking spot and high speed free WI FI. Sheets can be provided on request for a fee (22€ for a double bed set and 15€ for a single bed set).
The apartment complex offers a secure large swimming pool, sun bathing chairs and a shower.
