Apartment

Located in the heart of Colmar city center, in a lovely and quiet pedestrian courtyard, the Saint-Martin2 apartment is a charming 100m² apartment that can accommodate 4 people. On the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of a small building, the apartment offers a unique view of the Saint-Martin Collegiate Church, located less than 100m away (yes the bells ring day and night!). Its exceptional location, just steps from restaurants, tourist attractions, and the Christmas and Easter markets, allows you to explore the city entirely on foot.

The apartment features:
- two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom, and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm),
- a spacious living-dining room with a flat-screen TV.
- a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc.),
- a bathroom (shower, double sink, toilet),
- and a second separate toilet.

Bed linens and towels are provided based on the number of people on the reservation. Free Wi-Fi.
Mobile air conditioners in living room and bedroom 1.
Please note that we do not allow the sofa to be used as a bed. No additional bed linen will be provided.
A baby crib and high chair are available upon request.
A secure storage area in the courtyard allows you to store bicycles.

Several paid and free public parking lots are available a few hundred meters away. The TGV train station is a 15-minute walk away.

We live in the building, on the 1st floor, and we will be available to answer your questions or in the event of a problem, and will be delighted to share our good addresses for restaurants, wine bars, pastries, cheese shops, caterers... and ideas for visits.

Pets are not allowed.
