Cocoonr offers you an apartment to rent in Lyon's 2nd arrondissement. Le Confident is located in the heart of the Presqu'île district, just a stone's throw from Place des Jacobins. It's a beautiful 50 m² apartment, with high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring and an Art Deco fireplace. It's on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, and a spiral staircase for access.

The apartment is composed as follows:

- A corridor leading to a single bedroom with a 160x200 bed, overlooking the inner courtyard, with its adjacent bathroom, comprising a shower, washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine.
- A lovely living room, overlooking the street, comfortably furnished with a single sofa bed, TV, small desk area and Wi-Fi.
- The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and utensils for self-catering. A bar area with 3 high chairs.
- Separate WC.

Le Confident is the ideal place to put down your suitcases and come and visit Lyon for a few days.

The area:
Just a stone's throw from Place des Jacobins, rue de la République, which runs from Bellecour to Hôtel de Ville, a pedestrian street with shops, cinemas, restaurants... From the former Hôtel-Dieu, now the splendid Hôtel Intercontinental, to avenue Edouard-Herriot for luxury stores. The Presqu'île comprises the 1st and 2nd arrondissements, between the Rhône and Saône rivers. There are many monuments to visit: the Place des Célestins with its theater, the Saint-Nizier church, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Opéra... A real pleasure to stroll around this beautiful city of Lyon.

Public transport :

- Metro: Bellecour, Line A, Line D
- Various bus lines: 35, 40, C9, C10, C12
- Nearest train station: Perrache, two stops on line A.
- Nearest airport: Saint-Exupéry, departing from Part-Dieu station with the Rhône-Express in 30 minutes.
- Vélo'v station.

If you choose to come by car, there are fewer and fewer parking spaces available, which you can pay for with a parking meter, or with LPA parking: République or Saint-Antoine.
Crit'Air 1 and 2 cars only are accepted in the city.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Comfort products will be provided for your arrival (Nespresso capsules, tea bags, salt, pepper, olive oil).
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
