Apartment Pine Maritime: Accommodation with swimming pool in the heart of the pine forest, close to Carcans Lake



This apartment is located in a pleasant holiday village in the heart of the pine forest, just 1 km from Lake Carcans. It provides an ideal setting for family holidays, in a natural and peaceful environment. The Atlantic Ocean is 3.5 km away, easily accessible via the cycle path that connects the lake, the forest and the ocean beaches.



The residence offers several leisure facilities appreciated by both children and adults, with a collective swimming pool open from 17 June to 4 September, a children's play area, a beach volleyball court and a ping-pong table. A laundry is also available within the residence.



The apartment consists of a functional and bright living room, fitted with a table and chairs, two single sofa beds, a television and a coffee table, offering a friendly space to relax after a day of activities.



The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is well-equipped and features electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards, as well as the crockery and utensils necessary to prepare meals independently.



The room is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe, offering a comfortable resting space. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and WC.



Outside, the covered terrace, fitted with a table, chairs and armchairs, allows you to fully enjoy meals in the open air and the wooded environment of the pine forest, sheltered from the sun.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
