Located in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of Andernos. The main beach is 100m away, at the end of the street, shops, restaurants, oyster port and entertainments are all a short distance away.
GROUND FLOOR : large bright living room with dining area and access to the little city garden and the sun wood terrace. Open kitchen, two bedrooms, toilets and bathroom with bathtub and shower.
MEZZANINE : large and comfortable room for 2 persons (bed 140x190). Bathroom with shower, and WC. Reading corner. A private parking is at the entrance of the garden. Home decoration is modern, embellished with works of local artists, and mostly new equipment. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi, barbecue, garden furnitures...
End of stay cleaning is included, supply of beds and bathroom linen is a chargeable service (price calculated according to the number of people). Decreasing rate -10% on the second week in July an August.
Andernos is an active oyster port and a pleasant family seaside town of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Many leisure activities and still wide places are to be discovered.
