If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide each holidaymaker with a towel and a hand towel.
All beds are made upon arrival.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Magnificent single storey villa located in a residential area of ​​L'Escala, close to the beaches and the forest.

The villa offers total privacy, with a large private swimming pool, not overlooked, surrounded by a wooden terrace.
The exterior is also equipped with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture to take advantage of the outdoor space.

On the interior side, the entrance is into the main room, living room and dining room, fully equipped, with unlimited free Wi-Fi internet access, as well as TV with Astra 19.2 satellite channels (French and European channels). A French window opens onto the swimming pool.
Attached, the kitchen, spacious modern and fully equipped. Oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
A French window also overlooks the swimming pool, allowing direct access to the outdoor table and the barbecue.

From the living room, leaves a small corridor which will distribute the bedrooms.
On the right, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed.
On the left, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet then a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm.
At the end of the corridor, a suite with a 150 cm double bed and a bathroom with, bathtub, sink, and wc.
A washing machine is located outside in a storage area next to the drying rack.

Geographically, the villa is very well placed, 9 minutes walk from Riells beach and its amenities (bars, restaurants, grocery store, butcher etc ...)
Going up the street, 5 minutes away, you can discover the protected natural park of Torroella de Montgri.

Parking is on the street, it is easy because the area is not overcrowded even in high summer.

During your stay, for your convenience, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in case of emergency.
