Located in the Les Hameaux de l'Océan residence, this apartment benefits from an exceptional location just 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, at the foot of the dune, in the immediate vicinity of shops and the cycle path. It is an ideal place for ocean lovers, surfing and long walks along the beach. The Lacanau lake is located approximately 5 km away.



Completely renovated in 2023, the apartment offers a modern, comfortable and functional setting for holidays in Lacanau Océan.



The living room, bright and well-arranged, is equipped with a table and chairs, a two-person sofa bed, a television and a storage unit, creating a friendly space to relax after a day at the beach.



The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, two electric hotplates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, storage cupboards as well as crockery and kitchen utensils, allowing meals to be prepared independently.



The room has a Queen Size double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, offering a comfortable and pleasant sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and toilet.



Outside, the enclosed small garden, fitted with a garden furniture set and a barbecue, allows you to enjoy meals in the open air and the oceanic atmosphere, just a stone's throw from the beach.



The apartment has a private parking space.

For allergy reasons, animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
