The accommodation is just 150 metres from the lake and 5 km from the ocean, with shops 50 metres away, thus offering a very convenient location for family or friends' holidays.



The apartment offers a comfortable living area equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people, and a television. The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is modern and well-equipped with a sink, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, storage spaces, and complete tableware, allowing you to easily prepare your meals. The bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, is fitted with garden furniture and an electric plancha, ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors. The accommodation also has an underground car park and a storeroom, convenient for storing bicycles and organising your outings.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
