The kitchen is separated from the living room by a central island. The living room, which overlooks the back terrace, is nicely furnished with armchairs, a sofa and a TV. The master bedroom, a master suite, includes a 160-bed, a private bathroom with toilet and a washing machine. Two other bedrooms: one has a 160 bed (climate) and the other has two 90 beds. The house also has an additional bathroom and separate toilet.Enjoy two beautiful furnished terraces: one at the front of the villa and a second, more spacious and intimate, at the back.Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is equipped with internet/WIFI, is easy to maintain and enjoys an optimal layout.
