Located on Chemin de Beaumer, just 500 m from the Beaumer and Men Du beaches and 700 m from a supermarket, charming 5-room semi-detached farmhouse (approx. 69 m²) for 7 people, with an enclosed garden, where original character meets simple, authentic comfort for a true back-to-nature experience :

- Entrance opening onto the living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV, decorative fireplace) giving onto the south-facing terrace (garden furniture), extended by a private enclosed garden
- Separate and fully equipped kitchen (4-burners gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine)
- Shower room with WC

Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm, duvet) and wardrobe
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90, duvets)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90, duvet)
- Separate WC with hand basin

Parking inside the property
One pet allowed with a supplement (€5/day)
A large enclosed garden is also available at the rear of the house (north side)

Consumption package extra (84€/week) except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.
