Located in the secure ‘Les Marines’ residence, with a communal swimming pool (open in July/August), this spacious house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will appreciate its large enclosed garden and south-facing terrace, spacious veranda, built-in barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. The house is equipped to offer you optimal comfort, with modern amenities and tasteful décor.

Inside:

Ground floor:
A pleasant, air-conditioned and bright living room, a pretty, air-conditioned and very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (each with a 140x190 bed), a shower room with WC, and a bathroom with WC.

Upstairs:
-A spacious mezzanine with three 140cm sofa beds and a single bed.
-Parquet flooring throughout the house (except in the bathrooms/shower rooms, which have tiled floors).

Outside:
-Large enclosed garden with artificial grass - spacious veranda
-Built-in barbecue, garden furniture and 3 sun loungers for relaxing.
-2 designated parking spaces in the residence.

Practical amenities for a comfortable stay:
-Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner.
-Television and travel cot available for young children.
-Two air conditioning units (one in the living room, one in the kitchen).
-Fibre optic WiFi for fast internet connection.
