Beds made. Wi-Fi. Another apartment is on the 1st floor. A 100 m² private enclosed garden is available at the rear, along with a terrace (garden furniture with parasol, table and chairs protected by an awning, deckchairs, and a plancha grill), and a 12 m² garden shed. Off-street parking in front of the cottage. Les Sables-d'Olonne town center is 2 km away. Heating included from October 15th to April 15th. Bed linen provided.

At the end of the D160 expressway, take the Sables d'Olonne exit. At the roundabout, take the 4th left onto Boulevard du Vendée Globe. Go straight for 1.7 km passing 4 roundabouts. At the 5th roundabout, turn right on Rue de la Croix Blanche for 0.5 km. At the end of the street, turn left onto Avenue Réné Coty for 200 m. The gîte is at number 66.
